Sesame Place

It was a warm and humid day in August when we decided to drive down to Sesame Place, home to Anjali's favorite Sesame Street characters. 

Anjali and Meena were the ones dressed appropriately and proceeded to get drenched at the fountains.

And then the tube. She was scared of it but soon did like it.

As you can tell, the park was crowded and walk around we did  with a few breaks in-between for refreshments.

We did get to see Elmo who was in a hurry, but decided that one whose feet were planted would do to pose for a picture.

Anjali's encounter with Cookie monster was more interesting. She was thrilled to meet him and even gave him a pat or two but when Cookie Monster gave her a hug she got so scared and tried to flee. You can see even the "monster" was sorry.
